(Cue-wall) Similar to the military term AWOL which stands for "absent without leave". QWOL stands for "Quit without leaving" and applies to a person who doesn't want to work but doesn't want to quit either.
"Murphyscrewed me again! He's been QWOL for 6 months now, when are they going to can him?"
