Chewing tobacco (preferably Copenhagen) or a nicotine based gum that is laced with uncut cocaine and/or an opioid painkiller. Usually taken as 80/20 but is most effective at 70/30 (parts by volume, not weight)

A military grade performance enhancer developed in the 80's, X-C3LL, would be injected into the body flooding it with a protein that would increase the natural production of testosterone and adrenaline tenfold (unlike the first and second releases of X-CELL which used artificial hormones that would ultimately lead to liver and testicular diseases from prolonged use). X-C3LL would also temporarily dull nerve endings to reduce pain while in effect (surprisingly this didn't have any long-term adverse effects to the nervous system).
